IGPP students awarded NASA Earth and Space Science Fellowships
IGPP geophysics graduate students Karen Lutrell and Joseph Ribaudo were recently awarded NASA Earth and Space Science Fellowships. These awards extend up to 3 years support for research proposed by each student.
Cathy Constable & Joseph Ribaudo
Karen's proposal to work with Dave Sandwell is entitled "Lithospheric Stress from Plate Boundary Deformation and Surface Loads for Improved Understanding of Seismic Hazard." Joseph has proposed to work with Cathy Constable on "Development of 3-dimensional Numerical Modeling Tools for Studying Electromagnetic Induction in Earth's Interior using Satellite Magnetic Field Observations."
