Gabi Laske of IGPP wins Scripps Undergraduate teaching award

Dr. Gabi Laske of IGPP has won the 2007 Teaching Excellence Undergraduate Instructor Award. Scripps Institution of Oceanography's Teaching Excellence Awards were established in 2003 by Scripps students to recognize outstanding instruction at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Nominations for the awards are made on student evaluations, and the nominees and subsequent winners are selected by a student vote and a student committee consisting of representatives from all Scripps curricular groups.
