Distinguished visitor meetings

Hello all,

I am hosting a distinguished visitor from the Korea Polar Research Institute at SIO all day on Friday. I need a space for a series of meetings from about 8am through the end of the day. We'll have some gaps when we go elsewhere (e.g. meeting with Margaret in her office from 130-2pm then having lunch 2-3pm) but otherwise it would be great to have this room. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
